She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline M. Booz. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Marie O'Neal (Matthew) and Edward Charles Smith, Jr.; her father Linford Downing Booz; her brother Linford Downing Booz, Jr. (Lori); and her grandchildren, Tegan Marie O'Neal and Caleb Rory O'Neal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
