She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Haschak (Hank); her grandsons, Derrick, Jesse and Justin; her parents, Alexander Narcavage and Genevieve Narcavage; her siblings, Leona Narcavage and Alexander Narcavage; and her sister-in-law Miriam Narcavage.

She is survived by : her children, Frank Haschak, Jr., Gregory Haschak (Deborah), Christine Ruza, Monica Wiernicki (Ronald), Leona Miller, Jerry Haschak (Byron) and Eric Haschak (Denise); her grandchildren, Gregory, Jr. (Sabrina), Carolyn, Brandon, Julianna, Alaina, John III and Francis Jr.; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Jade and McKinsley; and her siblings, Genevieve Littlewood (Ken) and Michael Narcavage (Elfriede).

“Eleanor was a bright and happy person, she can brighten up the room with her sense of humor always laughing and giggling and speaking to everyone she comes by she will be truly missed from her DaVita family I'm 88 but I feel like 50!”
