She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Hartman and Evelyn Crawford Hartman; her spouse Thomas Monaghan; her child Ernie Worthington; her sister Anna Mae Gandy; and her granddaughter Frances Faye Barry.
She is survived by: her children, Linne Diane and Donald R. Worthington, Jr.; her grandsons, Donald R. Worthington III and Dylan F. Bascelli; and her great grandchildren, Skye Barry and Breeze Barry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
