He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Sprouse and Ethel Sprouse; and his brother Alfred Sprouse. He is survived by: his grandchild Pop; his wife Marilyn Sprouse; his daughters, Staci L. Sprouse (Kraig) of Aston, PA and Shari L. Sprouse (Mike) of Aston, PA.; his grandchildren, Johnny (Amber), Christa, Brooke and Kraigy; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Makayla; and his sister Ethel Kelly (Stan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
