He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Silvey and Catherine E. Silvey (Smith); and his son Matthew W. Silvey. He is survived by: his son James H. Silvey, Jr.; his wife Florence Silvey (Frame); his children, Karen Rawnsley (Eric), Laura Chung, Rachel Wright (Dustyn), Jonathan Silvey, Richard Silvey and Daniel Silvey; and his grandchildren, Corey Davis, Michael Davis (Amanda), Sydney, Casey Chung and Nathan Silvey.
