He is survived by: his wife Sandra Harper Kowal; his children, Amy Kowal and Jack Kowal III (Keriann); his siblings, Terry McKaig, Judy Eachus (Bob) and Matt Kowal (Melinee); and his grandchildren, Clay, Reese and Conor Kowal. He is also survived by many Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
