He is survived by: his wife Barbara Krisack; his daughters, Amy Spurlock (John) and Jennifer Eves (Jason); his grandchildren, Samantha, Kailee, Harlow, Angela, Lauren and Joey; his sister-in-law Joan Weber; his nephews, Tom and Jon Bollinger; and his pet Spice. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
