He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael A. Bush and Alberta "Bessie" Bush (Turturici). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bush (Mullen); his children, Lisa Marie Sylvester (Andreas) and Michael Anthony Bush (Mary); his granddaughter Angela M. D'Amato (Mario); his great grandchildren, Johnny Cade and June Evelyn D'Amato; his daughter-in-law Joyce Lynn Bush; and his brothers, Michael Edward Bush (late Sue) of Bloomington, IN, Joseph Anthony Bush of Arlington, VA and Peter Michael Bush (Judy) of Lancaster, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
