He is survived by: his siblings, George Carter and Shirley Smith; his wife Joanne Carter; his daughter Julianne Brownhill; his grandchildren, Morgan and Meredith Brownhill; and his brothers, Harry (Jo-Ann) and Walt Carter (Shelia).
