He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Parker of Chester and Ruth Clendenning Locke of Chester; his son Raymond James Locke II; and his sister Mona Locke Wood. He is survived by : his wife Norma S. Pierce Locke; his daughters, Theresa Marie Friis (Jan), Sharon Ann Dugan and Jennifer Rose Baker (Bruce); his daughter-in-law Maria Giovanni; and his sisters, Betty Calise (Tony) and June Trudnak (Ray). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
