He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor DiNicola and Edith DiNicola (Buemi); and his sister Amelia DiNicola. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Robert Penny; his wife Charlotte DiNicola (Jakubowski); his children, Lisa Wilson (Shawn), Jennifer Evans (Jimmy) and Rocky DiNicola Chrissy (Amanda); his siblings, Daniel DiNicola (Edie) and Maria Penny; and his grandchildren, JJ (Katie), Lauren (Steve), Brett (Tina), Nathan, Lucy, Bryce, Madeline, Madison and Charlie.
