He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Jannie (Rink) and William Carter Jannie Sr.. He is survived by: his children, William Carter Jannie III, Laura Jannie (Matthew) and Dalton Jannie (Carrington); his grandson Matthew Dillon III; his former wife Sandy Jannie; his sisters, Karen Jannie Landau (Bob), Lorraine Jannie Maichle (Larry), Brenda Yoder (Dennis) and Susanne Spiess (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Sara, Parker, Heather and Izzy.
