He is survived by: his wife Maryann Reist Mortimer; his children, Kathleen Rick (Paul), Mary Ellen Scheidecker (Mark), Ann Marie Brittingham (Brad), Michael Mortimer (Erica) and Daniel Mortimer (Bridget); his grandchildren, Paul, Justin, Alyson, Patrick, Elizabeth, Meghan, Colin, Caitlin, Sean, Haili, Ceara, Daniel, Gabriella, Selena, Don, Molly, Meaghan and Clare; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Ava and Rowen; his siblings, John J. Mortimer and Kathleen Deemer (John); and his sister-in-law Georgianne Mortimer.
