With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia R. Smith of Atglen, Pennsylvania, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Robert E. Smith; and her parents, Gerald Gifford and Ethel Mae Shields Gifford. She is survived by : her children, Gerald Smith of South Carolina, Megan (Jim Cummings) of Quarryville and Ashley (David Savage) of Parkesburg; her grandchildren, A. J., Kady, Hunter, Jonnelle and Josie; her stepgrandchildren, Justin and Mackenzie; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Theo Robert; and her sisters, Ella Donahue of Akron, Katurah McGinnis of Florida, Nora Gifford of Akron and Rebecca Weaver of Coatesville.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA 17509 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
