He is survived by: his father John M. Palumbo; his wife Theresa J. Palumbo; his sons, Jonathan R. Palumbo (Destiny Breon) and Tyler J. Palumbo (Jessika Brantner); his grandchildren, Lovelyn L. Schwenk, Hartley L. Schwenk and Jack D. Palumbo; his brother Les M. Palumbo (Julie Kowalewicz); his niece Linsey R. Palumbo; his sisters-in-law, Carmel Card (Dan), Tammie Vanderpool, Joanna Loveland and Shannon Rose; his aunt Linda S. Sloat; his cousins, John Law (Natalie), Wade Law and Paul Johnson (Kathy); and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Tioga Point Cemetery (803 N Main St, Athens, PA 18810).
