He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chacona and Yoly Petropoly Chacona. He is also survived by several relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, or those wishing to honor David's memory are invited to have a Mass offered in his name.
