He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Mayo (Collins); his children, Earl, Jr. Mayo (Maureen), James "Doc" Mayo (Cindy), Terrie Spencer (Bruce), Steven Mayo, David Mayo (Mary) and Jody "Kevin" Mayo (Christine); and his stepchildren, Terri Krauss and Scott Leach. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
