He is survived by: his wife Judy Page; his son Marc; his daughter-in-law Melissa Page; his daughter Marci; his son-in-law Toby McGonigal; his daughter Melanie Wells; and his grandchildren, Raelyn McGonigal, John Page, Keirly McGonigal, Gracie Page, Brisa McGonigal and Maci Wells. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
