She is survived by: her parents, Adam Middlecamp and Brooke Middlecamp (Johnson); her sister Brynnley Middlecamp; her grandparents, Lisa Johnson, Steve and Christine Middlecamp; her great-grandparents, Sheila Slawta, Paul and Judy Robbins; and her aunts and uncles, Arron (Kourtney Johnson), Brandon (Anna Johnson), Chad (Lesha Johnson), Keirsten Middlecamp and Laura (Clay Westerfield).
