He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cardi and Grace Cardi (Wolfe); the mother of his children Audrey Cardi; his wife Reva Cardi; and his siblings, Mary, Rose, Francine, Lena, Joseph and John.
He is survived by: his son Leo; his daughter-in-law Mary Cardi; his daughters, Jeannette Cardi and Linda; his son-in-law Terry Kerr; his sons, Jerry (Cindy Townsand), John (Julie Townsand) and Tom (Melissa Townsand); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Dominic, Jason (Carrie), Matthew (Amy), Jeffery (Alicia), Kysha (Shaun), David, Nathaniel (Meggie), Hannah and Jacob; his siblings, Lewis (Joanne Cardi) and Dolores; and his brother-in-law John McCutcheon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
