Mary Cathleen Schanzer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Cathleen Schanzer of Athens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Cathleen Schanzer to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom Lewis; her children, Patrick, Robyn, Angie, Robert, Michael, Brian, Mary and Daniel; and her parents, Luke Schanzer and Ernestine Schanzer of Hitchcock, Texas.. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Epiphany (304 S Elmer Ave, Sayre, PA 18840).
