Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Evans and Emma Jean Evans (Vanderpool); and his brother-in-law Ronnie Ennis. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin VanHorn, Scott Evans and Gregg Evans; his grandchildren, Brooke Evans and Colsen Hiley-VanHorn; his siblings, Debra Ennis, Jamey "Jim" Evans and Bonnie; and his brother-in-law Brian Wood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810).
