White (Slippery); her children, Ashley Combs (Scott) and Cody White (Sara); her mother-in-law Sarah White; her sister Susan Hadlock (Tom); her sister-in-law Barbara White (Bip); her uncle Eddie Pipher (Allison); her aunts, Jackie McNamara (Steve) and Kathy Scarboroug; her cousin Lindsay Nixon (Andy); her brother-in-law Mark Hill; her nephews, Carl Hill (Mallory), Dale Farr and John Hadlock; her grandchildren, Chandler Combs and Lou Victor Combs; her stepfather John Elinski; her sister Judy Hill; her father-in-law Joe White; and her siblings-in-law, Joe "Skeeter" White, Stan White and Joann Moore.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Penny's honor to the Bradford County Humane Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Guthrie Hospice.
