He is survived by: his children, Ashley (Scott Combs) and Cody White (Sara Benscoter); his grandchildren, Lou Victor Combs and Chandler Combs; his sister Barbara "Bip" White; his sister-in-law Susan Hadlock (Tom); his wife Penny R. White (Pipher); his siblings, Joe "Skeeter" White, Stan White and Joann White; and his sister-in-law Judy Hill. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the college fund for Slip's greatest joy in life, his grandson, Lou. Donations may be made to the Lou Combs College Fund at C&N Bank.
