He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle M. Horne and Mariam Horne (Coulter); his wife Carole Young; and his brothers, Arlen Horne and Gary Horne.
He is survived by: his children, Daryl Horne of Atlantic, Rod Horne (Ann) of Espyville, Alan Horne (Maggy) of Sharpsville and Kim Mead (Randy) of Conneaut Lake; his grandchildren, Krista and Dalton Mead; and his great grandchildren, Walker Mead, Asher Mead and Wyatt Vakasy.
