She was predeceased by: her siblings, Warren Prevost, Elizabeth Grieve and Bobby Oliver; and her parents, Jessie Prevost and Warren Prevost.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Jayne; her friend Sedona; her children, Donald Jayne, Ronald Jayne, Gary Jayne (Eileen), Philis Notley (Rob) and Brenda Decker (Dan); her grandchildren, Stephanie Williams (Scott), Shad Newhart (Jennifer), Stephen Newhart (Shannon), Silver Matriccino (Jesse), Jeremy Jayne (Nicole), Siobhan Koch (Evan), Alex Jayne (Katie), Kiley Ringer (Dave), Gillian Notley and Lucas Craft; and her great grandchildren, Jourdaine (Matt), Sydney (Maddie), Scott Jr., Alexandra, Stephen Jr., Cooper, Elisa, Hudson, Bellamy, Nolan, Connor, Lennon and Liza.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Jean's name to the Meadow View Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center activities fund, 225 Park St, Montrose, PA 18801.
