Patricia L. Mahoney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia L. Mahoney of Auburn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2026 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Newell and Patricia Newell (Pope); and her sons, Brandon and Christian. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Mahoney; her children, Michael (Megan), Matthew, Amanda, Patrick and Edward; her granddaughter Millie; and her siblings, Hal Newell and Ruth (Harry Troutman).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home (515 W Market St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be made to the Hillside SPCA of Pottsville, in memory of Patsy.
