He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Mae (Yeich) and Chester Lee Moyer; his son Richard C. Moyer, Jr.; his siblings, Kenneth, Walter, Frank Moyer and Carol Potts; and his granddaughter Angelina.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Moyer (Eichert); and his children, Cynthia (Richard Donati) of Orwigsburg, Benjamin (Latonya Moyer) of Navarre, FL and Anthony Moyer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
