He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harrison, Mary, Bernetta, Philip, William, Martha and Shirley; and his parents, Minnie Viola (Smith) of Sweetwater, PA and Philip Sylvester Stauffer of Ringtown, PA..
He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Pastor William Orf) of Orwigsburg and James Stauffer (Augusta) of Auburn. He is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
