He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Phillips and Louise Phillips (Ciampi); his daughter Jody J. Phillips; and his brother George Phillips. He is survived by: his brother Gregory L. Phillips (Brenda); and his daughter Kelly A. Schacht. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
