He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wurtz and Elizabeth Wurtz; his wife Jeanne Wurtz; and his son Jonathan P. Wurtz. He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne DiGiovanni; his daughter-in-law Michelle Jones Wurtz; and his brother William C. Wurtz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (2725 Egypt Rd, Eagleville, PA 19403). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Valley Forge Memorial Gardens (352 S Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406). A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (2725 Egypt Rd, Eagleville, PA 19403).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's name can be made to St Andrews Lutheran Church and/or Holisticare Hospice.
