He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Holly and Freda Holly (Sherman); his wife Jane Leslie Dalton-Holly; his sister Wanna Mae Finley; and his cousin Merritt Holly.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Zambito (Charles) of Elba, Tim Holly (Nina) of Palmetto, Florida and David Holly (Kim) of Brazil, Indiana.; and his cousin Bill Holly (Judy) of East Bethany.
In honor of his life and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, reflecting Thomas's enduring willingness to help others.
