She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Petruccelli (Falcone) and Leonard Petruccelli; and her husband Raymond A. Rachman MD. She is survived by: her children, David Rachman (Kirsten Ebersole) of Breinigsville, PA and Joanne Nale (Robert) of Wetumpka, Alabama; her grandchildren, Lauren, Michael and Leo; and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Mary, David and Gabriel.
