She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Kubacka; her husband James J. Brinsky; and her sisters, Kathy Hunt (Franklin) and Linda Kubacka. She is survived by: her mother Julia Sinichko Kubacka; her children, Beth Villotti (Lew) of Avella, James S. Brinsky (Mary) of Wheeling, WV and Paul Brinsky (Tanya) of McDonald; her grandchildren, James N. Brinsky (Nina), David R. Brinsky (Anne), Theresa Miranda (Miguel), Maria Villotti, Elijah Brinsky and Jack Brinsky; her great grandchildren, Henri and Ella Brinsky; her brothers, Michael A. Kubacka (Darlene) of Avella and Terry Kubacka (Linda) of Washington; and her sister-in-law Noreen Kubincanek of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
