He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter William Monticello Jr. and Alice Louella Monticello (Huff); his brother Peter William Monticello III; his nephew Charles McGuire; and his niece Peggi Jean Keenan.
He is survived by: his sister Diana Donaldson (Gary) of Avella; his nephew Daniel McGuier; and his godson Erin Dobbins of Juno, Alaska.
