He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Quincy Evans; and his sisters, Veronica Jones and Rona Wayman. He is survived by: his mother Debra Sue Houston Evans of Wheeling, WV; his spouse Jaime Lynn Kerr; his children, Michael Evans (Sarah Pancari), Eric Evans, Jeremy Evans (Emma McGregor), Hayden and Savannah Evans; his brother Ronald Evans; and his parents-in-law, Russ and Mary Kerr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
