He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Kirschner and Alta Kirschner (Winters); his wife Rosemary Winters; his sons, Doug Kirschner (Chrissy) of Avella, Todd Kirschner (Patricia) of Claysville, Dean Kirschner (Kim) of McDonald and Mark Kirschner (Wendy) of Charleroi; his grandchildren, John Kirschner (Chloe), Amber Kirschner (Adam), Neil Kirschner (Aubree), Ryan Kirschner (TM) and Johnathan Kirschner; his great grandchildren, Easton, Coleson Kirschner, Abagail Kirschner and Lillian Rose Kirschner; his siblings, Darla Myers of Avella, Alta Marlene Uryga, Evelyn Brandenburg, Marvin and Kenny Kirschner; and his daughter-in-law Robin King.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jerome A. Stefkovich Funeral Home, Inc. (18 Campbell St, Avella, PA 15312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
