He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his former wife Barbara Lee Rohr; his children, Lee Lukasik of Pittsburgh and Celina Lukasik of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jackson and London; his brothers, Rick Lukasik of Southview and Gary Lukasik of Buffalo, NY; his pets, Garcia and Kitty; his son Shawn Clouston; and his brother Ron Lukasik.
