He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Bell Morton (Pelton); and his siblings, Kenneth Morton, Jr. and Mary Ann Morton. He is survived by: his father Kenneth F. Morton; his wife Jeanette Morton; his children, Elizabeth Whitty (Kelly), Frank Morton, Jr., Crystal St (Perry) and Kathleen Rimbeck (Chris); and his siblings, Robert Morton and Barbara Morton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
