He was predeceased by : his father Jack M. Ryan; his wife Sherry Ryan (Brandt); and his grandson Rodney Merrifield (Reel). He is survived by : his mother Betty J. Ryan (Bartholomew); his daughters, Kelli Paulhamus (Dave) of Jersey Shore and Kris Smeltzer (Ron) of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Ashley Messick (Jacob) and David Paulhamus (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Izzy, Miah, Cody and Garrett.

Memorial contributions can be made in Wayne's name to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
