He was predeceased by : his wife Sally Sapon Balinsky; his parents, Mildred Balinsky (Gancarcik) and Louis Balinsky; his brother Richard M Balinsky; and his nephew Richard A Balinsky.
He is survived by : his sons, Corey Balinsky (Maryland) and Ian (Idaho); his sister Linharda Balinsky (New York City); his nephew Daniel S Sapon; and his great-nephews, Aryeh J Sapon and Jacob R Sapon.
