We bid farewell to Dolores Olex of Avonmore, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 23, 2026 at the age of 93. Dolores touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" Sinclair and Dorothy "Dot" Shirley Sinclair; and her grandparents, William, Edna Shirley, Tilden and Letitia Sinclair.
She is survived by: her husband Edward "Ed" Olex; her aunt Irma Shirley; her daughter Sherri Tupik of Springfield, VA; her grandchildren, Jered "Jer" and Juselyn "Jewey" Tupik; her sister Linda Pistininzi of Saltsburg; her sisters-in-law, Mary Sinclair of Saltsburg and Victoria "Vicky" Sinclair of Loyalhanna Township; her siblings, Richard Sinclair of Clarksburg, James "Bill" Sinclair (Beverly) of Slickville, Thomas "Tom" Sinclair of Loyalhanna Township, Donald "Butch" Sinclair of Saltsburg and Phyllis "Tizzy" (Don Morgan) of Avonmore; and her nephew Richard "Dicky" Olex of Tintown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends.
