He was predeceased by: his parents, Giulia Perini and Pietro Perini; and his brothers, Dominick Perini and Louis Perini (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Forhan; his children, James (Lori) of Beaver, PA, Michael of Millbrook, NY, Julia (John Frentress) of Portland, OR and David (Amanda) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Dr. Kelly (Alan Slipak) of Sewickley, PA, Rachel (Aaron Westbrook) of Harrisburg, PA, Theresa Perini of Beaver, PA and Anthony Perini of Beaver, PA; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Cecilia, Alexander Slipak, Reuben and Vincent Westbrook.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Parish (200 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Meals on Wheels of Greater Poughkeepsie or the Sisters of Saint Joseph in Baden, PA.
