Cecelia E. Kowal Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecelia E. Kowal of Baden, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecelia E. Kowal to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Mazurkewiscz and Cecelia Pawlowska Mazurkewiscz; her husband Stephen Kowal; and her son George Kowal. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kowal, Katherine (Mark Blaho), Stephanie Kowal and Sonia Kowal; her sister Frances Kerr; and her grandchildren, Paul Kowal, Jessica, Christopher, Scott Blaho and Babette.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bohn-Matich Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (1099 Maplewood Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bohn-Matich Funeral & Cremation Services (1099 Maplewood Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church (404 6th St, Ambridge, PA 15003).
