She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Ray and Beulah Anderson; and her son James Douglas Chaousis. She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Hamilton (Robert), Joy Conner (late Luther Ishmul) and Elizabeth Ann Chaousis.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rehoboth Evangelical Lutheran Church (2800 Conway Wallrose Rd, Baden, PA 15005).

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Charlotte's name to Allegheny Health Network Hospice.
