She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kochnut and Frances Shock Kochnut; and her husband Richard L. Mack. She is survived by: her children, Richard L. Mack, II (Sue) of Harmony, Michelle Chambers (Tom) of Valencia and Linda Sessie (Harry) of Baden; her grandchildren, Bryan, Tyler, Alexandria, Jason and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Luke, Tommy, Tyson, Marley and Jameson; and her sibling Thomas Kochnut of Russellton. She is also survived by her family and her many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
