He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Ragula and Julia Olash Ragula; his wife Helen; and his brother Stephen Ragula II. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Madish; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Randall Aiken of Katy, TX; his son Edward Jr.; his daughter-in-law Rachel Ragula; and his grandchildren, Julia Aiken, Robert Aiken, Nicholas Ragula and Ciera Ragula.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, to reflect his love of the family pets.
