He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Namath and Billie Namath (Bonamn); and his pet Memphis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Namath; his son Caleb Namath; his siblings, Connie Sluzynsky (Steve) of Monaca, PA, Bobby Namath Jr. of Monaca, PA, Richie Namath (Sara) of Conway, PA and Danny Namath of Weirton; his nieces and nephews, Timmy Namath, Steven, Meghan Sluzynsky, Madison, Abigail and Hunter Namath; his aunts, Edith Namath of Beaver Falls, PA and Sharon Namath of New Brighton, PA; his uncle Joseph Namath of Florida; and his pet Carlos Santiago Namath. He is also survived by the Golden Retriever; as well as numerous other family members.
