She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sabino and Eva Sabino (Petrucci); her former husband Joseph Guarnieri; her husband Albert Smelko; her daughter Judy Keller (Edward); her granddaughter Carleen Keller; and her siblings, Tony, Mary, Jenny, Elmer and Joe.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Ed Keller (Colleen) and Jason Keller; her great grandchildren, Zack (Paige), Mackenzie (Derek) and Chloe (Caleb); her great great grandchildren, Maxton, Parker, Harper, Frankie, Stella, Melah and Baker; her stepsons, Rick Smelko (Vicki) and Danny Smelko (Marilyn); and her stepgrandsons, Jeff Smelko and Neil Smelko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Syka Funeral Home (833 Kennedy Dr, Ambridge, PA 15003). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
