He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Shoup and Arlene Shoup (Feather); his spouse Shirley Shoup (Schuring); and his brother Henry Shoup. He is survived by: his children, Richard of Palm Harbor, FL, Scott Shoup (Lori) and Sandra Nelko (Bill); his grandchildren, Bria Crawford (Clayton), Nathan Shoup (Steph), Joshua Shoup, Kyra Mathewson (Nate), Alexa Nelko and Jacob Shoup; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Jemma Crawford, Zosimas, Isaiah and Ephrem Mathewson.
